Sometimes a standard session isn’t enough to cover the scope of your project. While my Branding sessions are designed for deep-dive branding and portraiture, I offer hourly rates for organizations that need high-quality documentation of events, conferences, or specific community projects.

Hourly Event Rate (2-hr min): $325 per hour + tax

Half Day Rate (4 hours): $1200 + tax (Reduced to $300/hr)

Full Day Rate (8 hours): $2000 + tax (Reduced to $250/hr)

  • The "All-In" Price: This covers everything—my time on-site, my full post-processing workflow, and a curated gallery of high-resolution, fully edited images. No hidden fees or "per-photo" charges.
  • Commercial Use: Includes a standard commercial license for web, social media, and print.
  • Best For: Galas, ribbon cuttings, conferences, and community outreach.

Note: Hourly rates do not include the individual headshot posing or brand strategy consulting found in my dedicated session

The Fine Print on Scheduling

To keep your project moving and my calendar organized, please note the following regarding time blocks:

  • Consecutive Coverage: Rates are based on consecutive hours of shooting.
  • Stop & Go Scheduling: While I can accommodate split shifts (e.g., shooting a morning keynote and returning for an evening gala), a $75 Convenience Fee applies to each break in coverage longer than 90 minutes.
  • The Full-Day Advantage: If your project involves multiple locations or significant gaps throughout the day, booking the Full-Day Rate is your best value. It secures my exclusive availability for the entire 8-hour window, allowing us to jump in and out of the action without additional fees.

Why professional branding is an investment, not just a photo shoot. When you book a session for your business or non-profit, you aren't just paying for my time behind the lens—you are acquiring a Commercial Use License. This is the legal "key" that allows your organization to use my intellectual property to promote your mission.

Here I am with my first professional camera...

It was 2010 and I needed a picture for my new website, so I took a mirror selfie while my babies napped. My photography business was just a baby too back then. Come to think of it, we were all babies—my kids, my business, and me—just getting started in this great big world.

 

Over 15 years, 3 teens and thousands of pictures later, now I’m the one who needs a nap. Because life doesn't stop so we can work. Business goes on as usual right in the midst of it...which is why business is so much more than "business."
