Last month Josh and I were blessed to take a short trip to Florida. It was our first visit to the Space Coast in almost 10 years. I have a wonderful family in Melbourne with whom a visit was waaay overdue.

We met for dinner at Captain Hiram’s Resort in Sebastian and I brought my camera. The original plan was to take some nice family pics on the bay at sunset but the storms kept us on the patio. Lucky for us though, there was an abundance of flattering natural light, an ocean mural backdrop of blue, and lots and lots of love to capture.

My only regret is that the rest of my Florida family wasn’t there with us. Gulf peeps- I owe ya one 😉
